The Process & What to Expect

  • How does the virtual design process begin?

    Your journey starts the moment you fill out our "Project Starter" form on our website. This comprehensive, guided questionnaire allows us to understand your space, goals, and aesthetic preferences. From there, we schedule your Virtual Consultation to dive deeper into your vision and establish a concrete plan.
     

  • How is billing and payment handled for the consultation?

    The fee for the Virtual Consultation is paid upfront at the time of booking through our secure online system. This allows us to dedicate our time to preparing for and conducting your session. A professional PDF invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you for your records, ensuring clarity and transparency.
     

  • Can I use my existing furniture in my new design?

    Absolutely! We love incorporating meaningful items into your new design. Our "Project Starter" form has a dedicated section for you to upload photos and dimensions of any pieces you wish to keep. We will discuss how to best feature these items during the Virtual Consultation.
     

  • How should I prepare for our Virtual Consultation?

    The best way to prepare is by completing the "Project Starter " form as thoroughly as possible. Having photos of your space and any inspiration images ready is also helpful. Most importantly, come with an open mind, ready to discuss what you want your home to feel like.

  • How do you design effectively without seeing my space in person?

    Our virtual process is meticulously designed for remote collaboration. Through the comprehensive 'Project Starter' questionnaire, your detailed photos and videos, and our live Virtual Consultation, we gain a deep and nuanced understanding of your space—often more thoroughly than a brief in-person visit allows.
