We systematically capture, centrally organise, and strategically deploy client-specific data at every interaction point to ensure a truly high-touch feel. - What are the differences between your service packages?
The main differences lie in the deliverables and the level of visualization. The Virtual Consultation provides expert guidance, the Room Refresh gives you a complete 2D plan to execute, and the Immersive Transformation adds photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see your finished room before making any purchases. - How does the design process work?
Our process flows through six key steps, as outlined in the “Your Design Journey” section above: The Initial Spark, The Project Starter, The Design Phase, Collaboration, Sourcing, and Financials. It’s a structured path designed to be clear and enjoyable from start to finish. - How do I provide feedback on design concepts?
We use a dedicated visual feedback tool that is purpose-built for creative collaboration. Instead of sending an email, you’ll be able to click directly on the image of your design and pin a comment to the exact spot you’re referring to. This eliminates ambiguity, makes feedback precise, easy, and efficient, and streamlines the revision cycle dramatically. - Can I use existing furniture in my new design?
Absolutely! Our “Project Starter” form has a dedicated section for you to tell us about any pieces you want to keep, including uploading photos and dimensions. We love incorporating meaningful items into your new design. - How does billing and payment work?
Design package fees are paid upfront through our secure online system at the time of booking. This allows us to dedicate our time to your project. All payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, and a professional PDF invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you for your records upon successful payment, ensuring clarity and transparency.
